Introducion
Launching my own website and promoting my services globally was driven by my passion for solving complex problems (delivering successfully projects, building products or services, or something more abstract) and collaborating with diverse individuals, teams, and organizations.
As someone with over six years of experience in Agile and Scrum, I’ve undergone extensive validation of my knowledge, both through certifications and working with professional Scrum Trainers from Scrum.org, the home of Scrum.
Extensive validation of my knowledge included:
- Reading more than 150+ books regarding topics such as: Product Ownership, Scrum Mastery, Agile, XP (Extreme-programming), Kanban, Scrum, Mentoring, Teaching, Facilitating, Coaching, Mindset and behaviour, Leadership, Agile transformation, Lean Thinking,
- 12 Certificates taken on Scrum.org
- More than 500 blogs, articles and videos about Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Evidence-based management
- Working in pair with professional Scrum Trainer and facilitating Events with 50+ people
Facing Challenges and Learning Along the Way
At the beginning of my journey, I struggled to find a qualified Scrum Master or Agile coach to mentor me and impart valuable insights.
Unfortunately, the internet is often filled with misinformation about agility and Scrum, along with numerous anti-patterns.
However, after five years of navigating this field on my own, I finally found invaluable guidance in Bogdan Doroslovac, an excellent and highly professional Scrum Trainer. This experience taught me the importance of relying on accurate resources and proven methods.
One notable challenge I faced was working with a multicultural team on a project in the financial industry. The differences in communication styles and expectations presented significant hurdles. Nevertheless, by practicing patience and adapting Agile principles, we managed to achieve a successful outcome.
These experiences have not only shaped my skills but also deepened my understanding of Agile frameworks.
My Approach and Services
Becoming an Agile coach is no easy feat.
Becoming an Agile coach requires a lot of training and continuous learning. This involves reading books, blogs, attending courses, and watching videos to gain as much knowledge as possible.
I use various Agile frameworks, like Kanban and Lean, and adapt them to fit the needs of each team and organization. For example, in projects with a lot of uncertainty, I use a method called Lean Startup to quickly test ideas and learn what works.
I offer the following services:
- Agile Coaching: Helping teams and organizations understand and use Agile practices effectively.
- Agile Consulting: Giving expert advice on how to improve and implement Agile frameworks.
- Agile Workshops: Providing hands-on training sessions customized to your team’s needs.
Global Experience and Personal Growth
I’ve worked on projects all around the world and met many different kinds of people. These experiences have taught me patience, the value of timing, and the importance of respecting different viewpoints.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in many industries, except for the adult and gambling sectors. Most of my work has been in software development, including areas like property management, real estate, insurance, security, streaming, finance, marketing, and more.
Looking Forward and Next Steps
The main goal of my website is to reach a wide audience and help as many people as possible.
Whether you are an individual, a team, or an organization, I want to assist you in completing projects successfully, creating products or services, or something more abstract. I also hope to build a global community where people can share their experiences and learn from each other.
Every organization is unique, so I aim to provide personalized support that fits your specific needs and challenges.
My services are not a one-size-fits-all solution; they are carefully designed to ensure the best possible outcomes.
