All services are paid via PayPal. Users may cancel a scheduled coaching session via email at least 48 hours before the session’s start time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, there is a refund policy: if a user cancels 4 out of a total of 8 sessions, they are entitled to a refund according to the terms defined in our refund policy. All session cancellations must be communicated via email.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website—including text, graphics, logos, PDF scripts, and blog posts—is the intellectual property of IgorLakic.com and is protected by copyright laws. The materials provided through coaching sessions are delivered directly to your email and are intended for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited without our written consent. All coaching sessions are based on the Scrum Guide 2020 (November version).
6. User-Generated Content
Users may leave comments on blog posts provided that they are respectful and relevant. Comments that contain offensive language, spam, or otherwise violate these Terms may be removed.
